Novaread Policies

Payments

Payment for sessions scheduled to be received in the coming month is due at the beginning of that month. Credit cards left on record with Novaread will be processed on the 1st of each month. If no credit card is left on record, post dated cheques are required.

Attendance

Prior to initiating a program at Novaread a schedule will be agreed upon. Schedules carry forward until program completion has been reached or a request to change has been submitted.

Missed Session(s)

When a session is missed we will provide options via email to reschedule that session. The fee for the missed session will be applied to the rescheduled session. This will prevent any session that has been paid for and missed from going undone. Missed sessions are required to be rescheduled and completed within 14 days business otherwise they are forfeited.

Cancellation

60 days notice is required prior to schedule reductions or program termination.
